i hope the dev may find some more love or possibilities once again, because this game is worth it.As an advance, there will be another update like this one next month. I think this 'hidden gem' may become finished at some point, but i do not expect any quick progress. Offers and conditions are usually more or less individually made and according to the revenue expected. GoG will keep shut about, so you will never be able to hear the exact conditions. Maybe as a dev you may even get a bit of cash back, it totally depends on the individual condition, so i can not make a general statement. Some games that are almost abandoned or with very slow progress may become free at some point as you can not expect a lot anymore and it is probably free to get hosted if you offer it for free. at least not because of this condition itself. Early access usually comes at a discount, as you are kinda a 'beta- or even alpha-tester', so you may have to expect troubles but might be able to give valuable input.
